I filled out a form on Yelp and Trent responded right away. He came out that afternoon. Unbelievably he had it repaired within a couple of hours. It operates better than the day we move in. My garage door stopped working on a Sunday morning and the company that installed it said they couldn't get to it until Wednesday, or I could pay an outrageous service charge fee for an early appointment on Monday. I called Trent and he was able to fix it Sunday afternoon, and the fee was incredibly reasonable. Very satisfied and highly recommend!
